2. How do I edit/cancel my order?
Sadly we are not able to cancel any orders, once the items are sent out. Our fulfillment is running automatically to guarantee fast and error free shipping. However, you can exchange, or return your item if you're not happy with your purchase.

Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number, and updated shipping address as soon as possible. Once your order leaves our warehouse we are unable to make any changes.

Products are sent out within 4-10 US business days.
This does not include time in transit and is regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout.
6. I got a diferent, damaged or defective item - what to do?
If this happens, please contact our customer service at email@example.com. We need your order number, a photo of the defective item and a description of the issue. Our customer service will find a solution!
7. What happens if my package is lost or stolen?
We are not responsible for any packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after it leaves our warehouse. However, our customer service will find a solution in case your package doesn't arrive.
8. Do your prices include taxes and custom fees?
Prices do not include VAT. For international orders you can optionally choose to pay taxes and custom fees at checkout so there won't be any additional charges upon delivery.
